Electrical Contractor

Electrical Contractor Case Study
It is increasingly common as technology advances, that lighting requirements cease to support the business framework as comprehensively as might be required. Consequently they need to be adapted to meet the organisations needs, whether it is in respect of production, health and safety or even cost management
As new manufacturing methods evolved this production line required repositioning, and the lighting scheme needed to change to generate a suitable working environment. The customer favoured a complete upgrade of installation, using Low-bay metal-halide luminaries to provide a powerful but balanced lighting scheme, which would ensure accurate colour matching and optimum quality
Our Solution
Following discussions with our client a lighting system was designed to fulfil their production criteria. The scheme provided a Lux level in accordance with the C.I.B.S.E. code of practice, portraying the true quality of the product whilst ensuring a safer working environment. On completion the installation was commissioned in accordance with BS7671:2001(AMD13628).
